Post and delivery options

We are a website shop. We only post, we do not offer "pick up" as we cannot make promises to be in the office at any time. But if you have any questions please feel free to call us on  02 43690575 If we are not in, please leave a message and we will call you back ASAP

Postage and delivery details;

Shipments will be dispatched according to our best judgement. At Enviro Neem we have the most advanced shipping postage calculator interface available. You will find the button menu when you finalize your order for your choice of postage, Either by Aust Post, E-Go transport, Fastways or other Courier, Shipping total for your order is calculated in real-time based on actual cost of post and packing. However we have the right to change courier if we feel that there is a better option for the delivery. Generally items which are available will be shipped the same day for orders received before 1:00pm.

Our team aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address contact our customer support service team as soon as possible on  02 43690575 Cancellation of or changes to orders by the Buyer are accepted only upon terms that protect the Seller against loss.  

We are not liable for incorrect purchases or assumptions; however we are happy to change the item if we are notified before posting. We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, late delivery or damage of goods during transport.

If you place a second order we happily combine postage providing the first order has not been posted yet. We usually refund the extra postage paid.

If you feel the calculated costs is incorrect please call us on 02 43690575 and report the error. Most items will be posted the same day from The Central Coast NSW if payment is received by 1pm, We don’t charge you packing or handling charges.

Dispatch and receiving your order

Once your order has been completed you will receive an automated order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

Orders in stock will usually ship the same day (Mon-Fri) or for late placed orders the next day. If, for some reason, we are unable to dispatch your order on time, we will contact you to advise.

Delays in deliveries: we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by transport companies or Australia Post due to floods, strikes or any other reason.

When you receive your package, you will receive your invoice and you will also receive a full information leaflet on the ratios and purposes of neem oil.

Our Return Policy

Our shopping area has been carefully designed to provide you with as much information as possible on all our products to help you make the right selection.

Please use this information and select carefully! If you need more information, you can contact us via email or phone us during business hours on 02 43690575 Enviro neem will provide a return and exchange if the products received are faulty or significantly different to those shown or described. If this is the case, please return the product within 7 days of purchase. This does not include changes to labels as we often update and change labels.

Returns; All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the exact condition as sent. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The only cost to you is the postage and any additional charge for the exchanged item.
